Alice Lam, a longtime resident of San Francisco, grew up knowing the value of negotiating skills and has developed an interest in investment properties as Real Estate has been an integral part of her family’s business.

Over the last 36 years, Alice has earned an outstanding reputation as a friendly, caring agent and strives to uphold a consistent record of service. She reads and speaks English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
Alice was elected as President of the Chinese Real Estate Association of America, Inc. in 2003 and Chairperson of the Board in 2004. Alice continues to serve on the Past Presidents Council, and is also a Life Member of the San Francisco Chinatown Lions Club.
